Commercial Industrial Pressure Washers Vacuum Cleaners

Established in 1992, Doug Tolson Engineering has been built on our reputation of being able to supply and maintain cleaning equipment anywhere on the UK mainland quickly and competitively.

Doug Tolson Engineering has been supporting the requirements of the UK cleaning industry for almost 15 years. The main focus of our business is the service and repair of cleaning equipment, which we believe has been the key to our success.

Many other companies are quite happy to sell equipment, but their enthusiasm fades if the equipment breaks down. Our team of skilled engineers based throughout the UK offer a service which we believe to be second to none. We aim to respond to a call-out on the UK mainland by the end of the next working day and most of our calls are completed on the same day.

Having sold and repaired many brands of industrial pressure washer, it was a natural progression for DTE to build our own equipment based on the experience of our engineers. The BURTON range of heavy duty pressure washers has become popular with companies whose business is dependent on cleaning equipment being robust and reliable.

Industrial cleaning equipment when sold correctly requires the following process: -

1. Site survey (or at the very least a telephone call) to establish your requirements and in the case of pressure washers, to check that you have an adequate water & power supply.

2. Recommendation of the correct product for your application, a demonstration if necessary and a discussion as to the best way for you to finance the equipment (buy, rent or lease purchase).

3. Deliver and install the equipment correctly and to ensure you are familiarised and trained correctly to use the machine(s).

4. Arrange for the best way of maintaining your equipment (eg. fully inclusive maintenance agreement) to extend the lifespan of the machine(s) and to ensure reliability.

The above equally important steps are the reasons why we don't sell our equipment online!
